85 Bajee Terms & Conditions — Must be read before using the platform

1 General Terms

85 Bajee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online entertainment and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions govern every aspect of your use of the Platform.

2 Account Registration

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 85 Bajee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the turnover requirement before withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7 Lottery Terms & Conditions

• The price of each lottery ticket, prize amounts, and draw times are all determined in advance.
• Lottery winnings will be credited to your wallet automatically.
• Additional identity verification may be required for large payouts.

• If a lottery is cancelled due to a technical issue, the ticket price will be refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 85 Bajee. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

85 Bajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted within the specified timeframe.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When an investigation is required for security-related reasons.
• When a member requests to close their own account.
